You can manually export all conversations (and messages) for any of your chatbots. The export will be made into a CSV file.
Follow the steps below to create an export:
- Choose the chatbot you want to export the conversations for
- Go to Conversations section
- Click the ⬇️ icon above the conversation list
- Select desired timeframe ("All time" or specific month) and click “Export”
You can also set up automatic conversation reports to a Webhook or email address, too.
